Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest satisfaction; ensuring highest standards of cleanliness and compliance with HI-Q Standard Operating Procedures; and providing supervision and training for all front desk staff. The position reports directly to the Front Desk Manager.
